What should be paid attention to when processing precision hardware parts?

1. Before working on the machine, check whether the moving parts are filled with lubricating oil, then start and check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and idle the machine tool for 1-3 minutes. It is strictly prohibited to operate the machine in case of any fault.

2. Maintain correct posture during work, have sufficient spirit to cope with the work, and immediately leave the work position if you find physical discomfort, and report to the leader. During operation, attention must be focused, chatting and cooperation are strictly prohibited. Operators must not operate in a state of irritability and fatigue to avoid accidents and ensure safe operation. Before entering the workplace, all employees should check whether their clothing meets the work requirements. It is prohibited to wear slippers, high-heeled shoes, and clothing that affects safety. Those with long hair should wear safety helmets.

3. When replacing a mold, first turn off the power supply and stop the movement department of the press before starting to install and debug the mold. After installation and adjustment, manually move the flywheel for a test punch twice to check whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, whether the screws are firm, and whether the blank holder is in a reasonable position.

4. Only after other personnel have left the mechanical work area and removed debris from the workbench can the machine be started by starting the power supply.

5. During mechanical operation, it is prohibited to extend your hand into the slider work area, and it is strictly prohibited to take or place the workpiece by hand. Standard tools must be used when taking and placing workpieces in the die. In case of any abnormal sound or malfunction of the machine, immediately turn off the power switch for inspection. After the machine is started, one person is responsible for transporting materials and operating the machine. Others are not allowed to press the electric switch or step on the foot switch board, let alone put their hands into the machine work area or touch the moving parts of the machine with their hands.

6. When off duty, turn off the idle power supply, and tidy up the finished products, leftovers, and debris on the job to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
