Precision hardware can be cut according to production needs, and some small parts can be processed by gongs or CNC machining. However, for precision hardware to be used as a container, it must be processed by a cutting punch, followed by welding, sanding, and oil spraying before the parts are made. It should be noted that the surface of small parts also needs to be plated or sprayed with oil after polishing. Batch processing of precision hardware components is common, so the manufacturing methods and cycles of precision hardware processing are different from the operating specifications and processes of ordinary product processing. Next, we will introduce the precision hardware processing technology and operating specifications.

Precision hardware processing technology:

1. The processing process path has great uncertainty. A component or product can have multiple processes, and the production process requires a wide variety of machinery, equipment, and tooling fixtures.

2. Hardware manufacturing enterprises are mainly engaged in sporadic processing, and the quality and output rate of their products largely depend on the technical level of workers. The degree of automation is mainly at the unit level, such as CNC machine tools, flexible manufacturing systems, and so on.

3. The combination of self-made and outsourced processing is generally used for product components. For example, special processes such as electroplating, sandblasting, oxidation, and screen printing and laser carving will be entrusted to external manufacturers for processing.

4. Due to the large number of parts required, the workshop site often needs to fill in a large number of material requisition forms and production orders in a "straight line" shape. If there is process management, it is also necessary to fill in a large number of process transfer forms.

Operating specifications for precision hardware processing:

1. When processing products. Operators should maintain a correct posture and have sufficient energy to perfunctory work. If they find physical discomfort, it is necessary to immediately leave the work position for personal safety, and report to the workshop supervisor or a higher level leader. During operation, it is necessary to gather thoughts, prohibit chattering, and cooperate with each other. Operators must not operate in a state of irritability and fatigue. For personal safety, to avoid incidents, and to ensure safe operation. Before entering the job, all employees should check whether their clothing meets the job requirements. It is prohibited to wear slippers, high-heeled shoes, and clothing that affects safety. Those with long hair should wear safety helmets.

2. Before mechanical operation, check whether the moving parts are filled with lubricating oil, then start and check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and idle the machine tool for 1-3 minutes. Do not operate the machine if it has any problems.

3. When replacing a mold, first turn off the power supply, and only after the motion department of the press stops operating can the device and mold be started and debugged. After the adjustment of the device is completed, manually move the flywheel for a test punch twice. In order to avoid unnecessary collisions between the machine and the product to be processed, it is necessary to check whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, whether the screws are firm, and whether the blank holder is in a reasonable orientation.

4. It is necessary to wait for all other personnel to leave the mechanical operation area and remove debris from the work platform before starting the power supply to start the machine.

5. During mechanical operation, it is prohibited to extend your hand into the slider operation area, and it is prohibited to take or place the workpiece by hand. It is necessary to use standard tools when taking and placing workpieces in the die. In case of abnormal sound or malfunction of the machine, immediately close the power switch for inspection. After the machine is started, one person is responsible for transporting materials and operating the machine. Others are not allowed to press the electric switch or step on the foot switch board. For the safety of others, they are not allowed to put their hands into the machine operation area or use their hands to move the moving parts of the machine.
